QC/T476-2007 "Rainproof Sealing Limits and Test Methods for Passenger Vehicles"
Product Usage
1. The purpose of this laboratory test is mainly to test the ability of the tested product to prevent rainwater penetration under rain conditions and its rainproof performance during or after being rained.
2. Check the installation of windows and sunroofs, whether the roof and sides of military vehicles, cars and agricultural vehicles can withstand rain spray, whether the sealing performance is reliable, and whether the installation method is correct.
3. This test equipment is mainly used to assess whether the housing/seal of electrical and electronic products can ensure the good working performance and technical status of the equipment and components after or during the water test. At the same time, the product may be affected by water during transportation or use, providing a reference basis for product technical standards.
4. It is suitable for testing the waterproof sealing of outdoor motor vehicles. Through the rain room, the rain test conditions are similar to the natural conditions outside to confirm the water sealing status of the car and implement structural improvements on the parts that may leak.

3. Implement the state's policies and regulations on environmental protection, labor safety and health, and ensure that the entire project meets the state's "three wastes" emission standards and industrial hygiene standards.
4. The equipment and materials are mainly domestically produced to achieve the goal of being both economical and reasonable, advanced and reliable.
5. The shower rack in front is removable and can be moved after the test vehicle enters.
6. The water storage tank and drainage system of the shower room shall be constructed by the buyer. (This project is not included in this quotation)
Process Description
This rain room is mainly used to test the water tightness of large buses and special military vehicles. Through the rain room, the rain test conditions are similar to the natural conditions outside to confirm the water tightness of the car.
Shower area: The window surface is sprayed with a certain shower intensity. A sewage treatment device is also provided to filter the circulating water into the sewage pool, and then filter it again through the clean water pool to meet the standards for recycled water. The shower room frame structure is welded on site.
