Some products are subject to instantaneous temperature changes in daily use. To ensure that the product performance will not be affected, manufacturers and relevant laboratories often use air to air thermal shock chambers to do temperature shock tests.
There are two types of two zones thermal shock test chambers: vertical and horizontal. Most air to air thermal shock chambers are vertical structures. If you want to save space, it is recommended to choose a vertical thermal shock chamber. When using a two zones thermal shock chamber, the test basket moves between the two test zones for thermal shock testing. There are three thermal shock ranges: -40℃~+150℃, -55℃~+150℃, -65℃~+150℃.
Air to air thermal shock chamber is available in three-zone and two-zone structures. You can choose based on the characteristics of the test product and your testing needs, or let GPower Vietnam give you some suggestions.
