1. maXYmos - XY process monitoring system

The XY monitors of the maXYmos BL, maXYmos TL and maXYmos NC families for process monitoring allow to check and evaluate the quality of a product or production step on the basis of a curve. The user can apply evaluation objects in order to adapt the curve evaluation to the individual monitoring task. Based on this specification, the maXYmos BL, TL and NC can check each workpiece and decide whether the part is good or bad. The maXYmos TL ML process monitoring system is designed to meet the needs of medical device manufacturers in particular.

3. INSPECT – process inspection in fastener assembly

Efficient testing of the fastening process allows it to be permanently optimized. In addition, a high level of quality assurance is achieved and productivity is increased. Our INSPECT inspection systems monitor the entire bolting process, check and document all process parameters and provide proof of the quality of the bolted joint.

 

4. Crash test measurement system

Our measurement technology portfolio for vehicle safety tests comprises reliable crash test sensors, data acquisition systems, fully instrumented crash walls, cutting-edge dummies as well as application software – all from a single source!

Drawing on our expertise we provide you complete measurement systems for vehicle and component crash tests as well as specific solutions. Our support with on-site repairs, spare part services and calibration services rounds off the overall range of our offering.

 

4.1. Crash test data acquisition systems (DAQ/DAS)

High-resolution on-board, off-board and in-dummy data acquisition systems for vehicle safety testing, including the software CrashDesigner, are characterized by simple installation and intuitive operation. We offer a broad range of solutions for preparing, performing and post-processing crash tests, sled tests and component tests.

4.2. Crash test sensors

We supply advanced crash sensors such as acceleration, force and torque sensors (that can be integrated as in-dummy DTI) for all types of dummies, for, load cell walls according to NHTSA, IIHS and EuroNCAP and for use in test vehicles.

4.3. Crash test dummies

THOR-50M ATD (anthropomorphic test device) represents a complete solution, including a crash test dummy and – due to the inbuilt DTI technology – the entire measuring chain. Your benefit: high reliability, high-quality data and utmost flexibility.

 

5. ComoNeo and ComoScout – process monitoring and control systems

6. KiDAQ – data acquisition system

KiDAQ is an innovative, general purpose data acquisition system (DAQ) to measure more than 20 different analog and digital signal types. The wide selection of signal conditioning and data acquisition modules enables perfectly fitted system configurations, exactly to the customer’s requirements. Thanks to its modular design and various case types, KiDAQ can be used in a broad range of applications. Depending on your use case, you can choose from a variety of product designs for laboratory applications, permanent installations and mobile use.

6.1. KiDAQ measurement modules

Select from broad range of over 20 KiDAQ measurement modules the types you need to measure your desired signal. If it is analog (voltage, current, resistance, potentiometer, resistance thermometers RTD (Pt100, Pt1000), thermocouple, strain gage, inductive bridge, LVDT displacement, piezoelectric (charge), IEPE (Piezotron), MEMS capacitive (K-Beam) or piezoresistive pressure transmitters) or digital (frequency, pulse width, counter, time, status).

All modules are available in the KiDAQ housing options Rack, Portable and DIN Rail which allows the use in different applications and environments.

6.2. KiStudio – software for data acquisition and analysis

With its user-friendly interface, KiStudio revolutionizes the preparation and execution of measurement tasks. With the “Lab” and “Vehicle Testing” editions and the various supported device families such as KiDAQ and LabAmp, the user can optimally focus on the measurement object.

The software enables the recording of hundreds of channels per system, guaranteeing maximum precision and reliability. Trigger functions allow automated snapshots or long-term recordings of all connected sensor signals or CAN channels. The intuitive dashboard enables live data visualization, quick checks and playback of all signals. Thanks to the integrated project management, all measurement data - even from previous projects - remains clearly organized and accessible at all times.

A direct connection to the jBEAM software provides instant access to extensive analysis and reporting functions and ensures a seamless workflow from data acquisition to analysis. jBEAM is available separately or together in an attractive package with KiStudio.

6.3. KiDAQ accessories

All the listed accessories are especially designed for or at least thoroughly tested with KiDAQ. We guarantee therefore a 100 % compatibility.

6.4. KiDAQ controllers

The KiDAQ controllers ensure that the measurement data is recorded and transmitted with precise time synchronization.

In addition to the interface to the measuring modules, some controllers also offer CAN-FD bus interfaces. The communication to the measurement PC with KiStudio takes place via Kistler KiConnect and TCP/IP (buffered). In addition, the Precision Time Protocol (PTP IEEE 1588v2) ensures very precise time synchronization to other equipment in the measurement setup.

7. KiBox2 – powertrain analysis system

The KiBox2 Powertrain Analysis System is a flexible and powerful data acquisition platform designed for combustion, electric, and hybrid applications. The KiBox2 integrates smoothly with third-party applications and testing environments, ensuring efficient use for both in-vehicle measurements and test bed setups.

 

8. RoaDyn – automotive testing system

RoaDyn measuring wheels in combination with KiRoad electronics are the measuring tools of choice when it comes to acquiring measurement data during vehicle dynamics measurement campaigns or operating loads.

10.2. Speed enforcement systems

Our speed enforcement systems consist of different modules that can be combined to meet each customer’s wishes. They include the ES 8.0 single-side sensor  and one or more camera systems, as well as additional lighting and various software modules from the esoDigitales  suite. Measurements are highly reliable and are virtually independent of location or traffic conditions. What’s more: you can operate your individual speed enforcement system as both a mobile application and a stationary solution. Setup is easy, so you can change your measuring site several times each day or week according to your requirements.
